Description:
Expression language tests are disabled on Windows due to multiple issues, which
need to be investigated and fixed before the tests can be enabled on that
platform.
To enable the tests on Windows, remove the "if not WIN32" lines in
extensions/expression-language/tests/CMakeLists.txt (2 places) and
extensions/expression-language/tests/ExpressionLanguageTests.cpp (1 place).
