Description: Mac builds sometimes fail when full builds reach the 60 minute
time limit. It can be improved by introducing caching to have faster builds,
but in case we cannot rely on the cache, the timeout still needs to be
elevated. Ccache can be used similarly to linux builds. (was: Mac builds
