Currently metrics such as "flowfile/content repository usage" are only
available via system diagnostics and not other reporting tasks such as
SiteToSiteMetricsReportingTask or those using MetricsSqlQueryService. These
metrics would be helpful to report for the purpose of alerting the user/admin
of the breaching of said thresholds.
