Review comment:
       @jfrazee EL was dysfunctional at all in this CS so `SAS Token` with EL 
did not work either (sorry, I mentioned only `Account Name / Key` because 
usually I use those).
   ADLS processors were released in 1.12 and I think they are not widely 
adapted yet. I guess this is the reason why the EL problem has not been noticed 
so far.
