#### Description of PR
#8370 Remove usages of deprecated
org.apache.nifi.util.FormatUtils#getTimeDuration
Update usages in code of the deprecated method
org.apache.nifi.util.FormatUtils#getTimeDuration
tests updated to use the 'new' version that replaces it
