even though it is one node cluster, we get
Replicate Request Thread-5] o.a.n.c.c.node.NodeClusterCoordinator All nodes
failed to process URI PUT
/nifi-api/process-groups/7440149b-0171-1000-0000-00007bf4999d/variable-registry.
As a result, no node will be disconnected from cluster
