NIFI-7198 enables TLS support for the RedisConnectionPoolService, but the
RedisStateProvider still does not have TLS support. I recommend not only
adding TLS support to the state provider, but also look into refactoring it to
reuse the code in RedisUtils that creates the Jedis connection factory.
