According to [~szaszm]: "The problem is that we use {{gethostname}} to query
the machine's hostname and then resolving that using {{getaddrinfo}} to
determine the IP address, and this fails. Someone messed up the {{/etc/hosts}}
file on the github executors."
The {{/etc/hosts }}file should be set up properly on the hosts before starting
the build.
