Description:
Currently, Registry does not allow import/export of flows from the UI. This
will add flow management capabilities to the UI.
This ticket will add:
* REST endpoints for `importFlow, `importVersionedFlow`, and
`exportVersionedFlow`
* import and export dialogs
Further details are encompassed in the linked tickets below (NIFIREG-80 and
NIFIREG-148).
