Parameter contexts show the wrong information of referencing components when we
re-open the view page or edit page.
Steps to Reproduce,
# Create a process group and binding a parameter context
# create 2 components and use the parameter
# open parameter context view page, close, and open again
## if not happened click "Name" to sort and redo step 3.
