For _some_ zip files, NiFi is not able to extract only files specified by File
Filter RegExp.
NiFi then returns the following error:

section=1], offset=0, length=300],offset=0,name=testzip02.zip,size=300] because
it does not appear to have any entries; routing to failure

I attached a zip file to reproduce:
[^testzip.zip]
NiFi 1.11.4 had no problems with those files.
