The PerformanceDataMonitor created in MINIFICPP-1532 could use some minor
improvements.
* Compact output options to reduce flowfile size.
* The ability to round the doubles to reduce flowfile size.
* Append HostName to the OpenTelemetry format.
* Dont group processes with the same name in the output.
