In NIFI-8206, we added the ability to have Property Descriptors indicate that
they reference some other source of resource, such as a file, URL, etc. We
should update the VersionedPropertyDescriptor to contain this information as
well. This can be useful, as it allows anyone who parses a flow to determine
that there may be some external resource that needs to be made available.
