Apache Commons IO 2.9.0 removed the deprecation from IOUtils.closeQuietly(),
and 2.10.0 includes several additional bug fixes and improvements. Upgrading
from 2.8.0 to 2.10.0 will remove deprecation warnings from a number of
components.
