NiFi Registry currently uses Spring Boot 2.2.6.RELEASE, which references Spring
Framework and Spring Security libraries that are several minor revisions behind
current versions. Upgrading to Spring Boot 2.5.1 upgrades these transitive
dependencies with associated bug fixes and improvements.
