For convenience of the users it would be preferable to provide the opportunity
to override the HDFS location during NAR autoloading without changing the
actual core-site.xml. In cases, where there could be multiple sources of NARs
(by adding multiple providers) and the setup should be identical expect for the
endpoint, this override improvement could ease up administration.
