The addition of NiFi Registry and the inclusion of JUnit test artifacts have
added several minutes to GitHub automated builds, resulting in more frequent
failures due to 90 minute timeouts. GitHub builds on Ubuntu with JDK 11 often
hit the current timeout of 90 minutes while Ubuntu with JDK 8 and Windows with
JDK 8 run successfully on a more frequent basis. Increasing the timeout should
allow more builds to complete successfully.
