The ADLSCredentialsContollerService does not support EL for Storage Account
name.
This support gives to Controller Service dynamically evaluates Storage account
to make all operations list, read, write, delete where it uses SAS Token for
authentication.
The one of the use cases to support EL for Storage Account name is dynamically
uses generated SAS Token and Storage account as part of user request to
manipulate data on Azure Blob ADLS Gen2 Storage Account.
