The windows-service-assembly profile is in minifi/minifi-assembly/pom.xml. It
is enabled by default. How that minifi source coude has been migrated to the
nifi project as a module, there may be a majority of users buliding nifi for
non-Windows systems.
Recommend this profile be disabled by default.
This change should include updates to any relevant READMEs, Dev guides, etc.
