Review comment:
       Ok, that makes more sense, as it matches the scroll duration concept in 
Elasticsearch.  What was confusing me was this line in 
`AbstractPaginatedJSONQueryElasticsearch`:
   ```
   paginatedJsonQueryParameters.setExpirationTimestamp(
                   
String.valueOf(Instant.now().plus(Duration.parse(keepAliveDuration)).toEpochMilli())
           );
   ```
   which made me think the keep alive was intended to set the expiration of the 
query.
   
   Yes, I'd definitely mention what the intended expiration behavior should be 
for `ConsumeElasticsearch`.
