Apache DBCP's Max Connection Lifetime settings should be exposed on the
HiveConnectionPool and Hive_1_1ConnectionPool controller services.
(Hive3ConnectionPool already has this)
This also involves upgrading Apache Commons DBCP to 2.7 in both affected
modules.
