Summary: Add the ability to move a selection of processors into a
process group

At the moment, it is possible to move a single processor into a process group.
It would be great to have the same possibility when we select a set of
processors with relationships between them.
It should be blocked in case the set we are trying to move has a connection
going to a processor which is not in the selection.
