NIFI_SENSITIVE_PROPS_KEY must be set to start the container, otherwise it fails.

Since this is required it should be documented and made obvious in README.

 

This seems to only happen when `NIFI_CLUSTER_IS_NODE` is set to `true` which is 
expected since the cluster needs share the same key.

section [Updating the Sensitive Properties Key]*
