Slickgrid appears to have introduced some new column resizing strategies. One
of those strategies is the legacy behavior. For this JIRA, let's update the
configuration from the deprecated option to the legacy strategy to address the
deprecation warnings. We could look to adopt a new resize strategy in another
effort as it would be a much larger change as the legacy behavior requires
explicit invocation of resizeCanvas().
