Several standard processors depend on Netty 4.1 through the
{{nifi-event-transport}} module, and other core components have direct
dependencies on Netty 4.1.65 and 4.1.63. These dependencies should be updated
to Netty 4.1.69.
Several older components have transitive dependencies on Netty 3, which should
be upgraded to the latest 3.10.6 version.
