README.md is outdated with regards to the docker image build process:
* It wrongly suggests the possibility to repackage the built binaries into a
docker image
* It does not include the released docker image details and the proper way to
build a docker image.
README.md should be updated to include the build process of a custom and the
minimal build image also how to reach the official released docker images from
dockerhub.
