Thanks for highlighting this issue [~andrewmlim]. Since this was a
straightforward update, I went ahead and submitted a PR to correct these links.
The PR changes the OpenSSL EVP BytesToKey link to point to the updated manual
documentation. The Wikipedia page on PBKDF2 provides a better explanation of
the algorithm, so I changed the link to use the Wikipedia page instead of the
OpenSSL documentation.
