#### Description of PR
NIFI-9507 Corrects SSH Client handling in all SFTP processors when initial
connection or authentication fails.
The SSH Client instantiates and starts a Keep Alive Thread when `Send Keep
Alive on Timeout` is enabled. When the initial connection or authentication
fails, the NiFi `SFTPTransfer` class did not close the instance of SSH Client,
resulting in the associated `keep-alive` thread continuing to run.
The refactored SSH Client handling delegates configuration and connection to
a new `SSHClientProvider` interface and associated implementation. The
`StandardSSHClientProvider` translates processor properties to SSH Client
settings then initiates connection and authentication. The provider
implementation closes the SSH Client instance and interrupts the Keep Alive
Thread when encountering any exceptions. This change avoids leaving Keep Alive
Threads running.
Additional changes include naming the Keep Alive Thread using the host and
port properties associated with connection.
