It appears that PutDistributedMapCache 1.15.0 when using the following
Controller Services:
CouchbaseClusterService 1.15.0
CouchbaseMapCacheClient 1.15.0
Routes to the *FAILURE* relationship when it is SUCCESSFUL in its placement of
an object in the cache .
I note the attribute added when it is passed to FAILURE states
"cached:failure" however that is very much note the case .
I did consider latency however this is running in a local lab and its about as
fast as its going to get.
