When running a clustered or unclustered NiFi and a PutSplunk processor with
only one inbound connect but now incoming flowfiles this processor runs many
thousand times per second without having any activities to execute. The value
for Tasks/Time is ramping up rapidly. Settings are default, just a valid port
is set. This behavior started with 1.14.0 in 1.13 this is not reproduceable.
This issue seem preventing the deployment of 1.15.2 which addresses all the
log4j CVE's.
