The {{nifi-bootstrap}} module depends on javax.mail 1.4.7 to support email
notifications of bootstrap events. The javax.mail 1.4.7 dependency does not
support recent versions of the TLS protocol, and Jakarta Mail 2 supersedes the
javax.mail dependency. This dependency and associated references should be
updated following the same approach as recent updates for the PutEmail processor
