The {{nifi-framework-api}} module includes a dependency on
{{nifi-security-utils}}, which was introduced as a result of changes in
NIFI-7680. The {{nifi-framework-api}} module does not have any direct usage of
components from {{nifi-security-utils}}, and with recent refactoring, there
should be no need to include this dependency.
