   Hi @pvillard31, 
   
   I could not work on this PR till now due to other priorities. I addressed 
all the review comments and added the AwsKmsSensitivePropertyProvider.java back 
which is deleted by mistake.
   
   Please see the screenshots for the testing we did in our AWS environment.
