We just recently upgraded our NiFi Registry to 1.15.3, and noticed that jQuery
is no longer bundled with it. That completely breaks the Swagger UI.
The code attempts to download the .min.js file from code.jquery.com to download
it, which isn't accessible on network enclaves not on the Internet. There
should be a fallback version bundled in, in case that server is inaccessible.
