Summary: Use Display Name for properties' dependencies

When a property dependency is documented for the Usage page, the user sees text
like the following:
*This Property is only considered if the <Deduplication Strategy> Property has
a value of "single".*
The term "single" in this case does not show up in the documentation, it is the
internal name for the allowable value whose Display Name is "Single File". The
doc should be using the Display name rather than the internal name.
