referenced services

Currently there is no way to export flow definition with including those
controller services referenced by the components within the selected group but
not under the scope of that given group. These are added only as a list of
referenced services but without any detailed information. I would like to
propose a way to include these services into the exported definition, like they
would be part of the selected group.
