Description: The Jetty 9 library supports the configuration of connectors
for both HTTP/1.1 and HTTP/2. The {{ListenHTTP}} and {{HandleHttpRequest}}
Processors should be updated to support configurable protocols, including
HTTP/2. (was: investigate whether some of the HTTP processors could use HTTP/2)
