MQTT messages can have identifiers set on them by the publishing client for QoS
1-2. This property is useful for a variety of purposes, e.g. handling duplicate
messages received by running the ConsumeMQTT processor on all nodes. The
eclipse paho library currently in use already supports this field. We just need
to add support for writing this value as an attribute, similar to the existing
attributes that can optionally be written by the processor.
