NIFI-9872 Upgraded azure-sdk-bom to 1.2.0 for Sensitive Properties
- Replaced individual Azure dependencies with azure-sdk-bom in
nifi-property-protection-azure
- Removed woodstox-core and stax2-api exclusions
- Refactored TemplateDeserializer test class to avoid dependency on specific
XML implementation
This closes #5929
