Description: ListenSNMP should not request a USM file with authentication
and privacy settings if the version is v3 and the security configuration is
noAuthNoPriv. The privacy settings should not be necessary in the case of
authNoPriv. Json parsing validation has to be improved. (was: ListenSNMP
