SSHJ 0.33.0 includes a number of improvements, including resolution of issues
with the SFTP rename command and handling of RSA Public Key authentication with
SHA2 hashing.
Upgrading to 0.33.0 also removes the need for the PatchedSFTPEngine class that
implemented a workaround for SFTP rename command handling.
