Apache Hive 3.1.3 fixes many issues we were facing, such as the need for
NIFI-9248 and NIFI-9392. Now that it has been released, we should return to
using hive-exec rather than hive-exec:core, the former should supply the
necessary dependencies without shading in Avro for example.
