[~andrewmlim] The Enable/Disable transmission menu items are equivalent the
Start/Stop actions for a Process Group. A user can go into Remote ports to
enable or disable individual ports. However, selecting Enable/Disable
transmission will enable or disable transmission of all ports in a single
action.
I think we can improve this in a couple possible ways. In the short term, we
could simply update the menu item text to make it more clear what each option
does. In the longer term, we could introduce a richer context menu that will
allow us to better group and associate the different options.
