The utilities used in our testing are split up in three different headers:
libminifi/test/Utils.h
libminifi/include/utils/IntegrationTestUtils.h
libminifi/include/utils/TestUtils.h
We should unify them in a single test utility file also they should be part of
the test library instead of the core minifi lib.
