NiFi currently supports Java 8, but [NIFI-10147](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-10147) outlines plans to remove support for Java 8 in order to upgrade multiple dependencies, including Jetty. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
