Fix For: 0.13.0
The Centos docker image comes with CMake 3.17, but `KubernetesClientC.cmake`
uses a CMake feature (the `SOURCE_SUBDIR` parameter in `FetchContent_Declare`)
which is only available from CMake version 3.18.
