Recent versions of GRPC libraries, including Protobuf dependencies, added
support for ARM64. The GRPC dependencies in {{nifi-grpc-bundle}} should be
upgraded to 1.48.0, and Protobuf dependencies should be upgraded to 3.21.4 to
enable building the optional GRPC components on Apple M1 Aarch64 processors.
