[[email protected]] discovered an issue where the
{{NiFiPropertiesLoader}} can be initialized with a static
{{SensitivePropertyProviderFactory}} containing a specific {{key}}, and then
when {{NiFiPropertiesLoader.withKey()}} is called with a different key, the
factory is not refreshed.
