Thanks for writing up this issue [~mike.thomsen], are you planning to handle
the upgrade?
I looked at the Dependabot pull requests, two of them look good, but one of
them surfaced a minor string comparison issue with a unit test. I updated the
Dependabot branch:

If that completes on all platforms, then it looks like all three Dependabot
pull requests could be squashed and merged under this Jira issue.
