Description:
The Salesforce NAR currently depends on the record serialization services NAR
in order to use the JsonTreeRecordReader. We should extract these readers to a
util module so that they can be reused and the Salesforce NAR can depend on
standard services API NAR.
Also the OAuth2 API jar is being included when it should be provided from
standard services API.
